All orders to the UK mainland are shipped free of charge unless the Express (next working day) delivery option is selected. Please note we do not offer a Saturday/Sunday delivery service. All of our items are posted via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Post unless requested otherwise. Orders received before 12 Midday Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day (subject to security checks). Orders placed after 12 Midday, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Please note for orders placed outside the United Kingdom addition customs clearance charges and local VAT charges may apply locally. Please check with your local customs services what these may be before placing your order. The cost of shipping on overseas orders is based on the weight of the whole order and will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Please contact our Customer Services team via our contact form if you need to return your purchase. If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. If the return is due to cancellation or change of mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will consider the return of most products within 14 days of receipt of the products. If more than 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. There are two Classifications of return "Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect" and "Unwanted"
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect
If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or exchange for another item. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Any items returned to us should include instructions and packaging where possible.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or it is no longer wanted, we can only accept the return if the item or items to us in perfect, unopened, re-saleable condition (including instructions and packaging etc) please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If your return falls into this category we will not refund the original postage costs.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet check your bank account or credit card again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item please contact us.
